How to reduce our stress and anxiety!

Many of us live busy lives, with constant pressure from work and home life.

All this can show up as anxiety and stress. Learning to meditate and clear our minds of the worries and constant thoughts, even for a few minutes, helps to relieve stress and anxiety.


Signs of Stress

  • Diffculty breathing.
  • Panic attacks.
  • Blurred eyesight or sore eyes.
  • Sleep problems.
  • Fatigue.
  • Muscle aches and headaches.
  • Chest pains and high blood pressure.
  • Indigestion or heartburn.

Signs of Anxiety

  • Feeling restless, wound-up, or on-edge.
  • Being easily fatigued.
  • Having difficulty concentrating.
  • Being irritable.
  • Having headaches, muscle aches, stomachaches, or unexplained pains.
  • Difficulty controlling feelings of worry.
  • Having sleep problems, such as difficulty falling or staying asleep.


Meditation

Meditation has been proven to boost melatonin levels by an average of 98%, therefore helping people sleep reducing stress and anxiety.

Meditation helps you relax, so you are not thinking about all the things you need to do or have not done, or the problems going on in your life.
